about the owner

Susan is a licensed CPA in North Carolina and works in many areas of accounting and tax services. Her experience comes from working in public accounting, being a small business owner, and volunteering as an accountant for not-for-profits. Having been a business owner and a real estate investor, she understands the many challenges small businesses face as they manage their day-to-day operations while providing their services and products to their customers. Susan also previously managed efficiency and effectiveness audits of state programs for the Georgia State Legislature.

Susan earned her undergraduate degree, a BS in Business Administration with a Concentration in Decision and Information Sciences, from the University of Florida, Gainesville and completed her post-bachelors accounting classes at the University of South Florida.

Susan is married to Don and they have three children. Outside of the office, Susan has served in various leadership roles for local non-profits. Susan enjoys working in the yard, bird watching with her husband, and spending time at the beach.
